- Personal Identifiers: Full name, primary email address, phone number.
- Business Details: Company/Brand name, industry, domain preferences, project requirements.
- Transaction Information: Order ID, plan selected, payment confirmation reference from our payment gateway.
2. How Information Is Used
We strictly use collected information for:
- Processing orders, issuing invoices, and fulfilling web engineering deliverables.
- Providing Client Portal authentication (OTP verification) and milestone tracking notifications.
- Communicating project status updates, warranty support, and annual service renewals.
3. Third-Party Service Providers
We do not sell or rent client data to third parties. We share data only with verified infrastructure providers required to operate our services:
- Payment Gateways: Payment processing is handled by secure PCI-DSS compliant providers (e.g. Razorpay). We do not store raw credit card numbers or UPI PINs.
- Infrastructure & Database: Data storage is hosted on encrypted cloud databases (Supabase).
- Email Services: Transactional order receipts and status updates are dispatched via transactional email providers (Resend).

We implement industry-standard encryption, Row Level Security (RLS) database policies, and access controls to safeguard your data. Client records are retained for the duration of your active project service and post-launch warranty period.
