1. Service Description
OneWebOnline ("Studio") provides digital engineering services including custom web application development, e-commerce storefronts, customer portals, and booking engines under fixed single-tier packages (Starter: ₹2,999, Business: ₹4,999, Custom: ₹9,999).
2. Order Process & Execution
Orders placed via our online order console require payment confirmation through our integrated payment processor. Upon payment, an order reference ID is issued, and a dedicated milestone progress timeline is initialized in the client portal.
3. Payment Terms & Currency
All prices are specified in Indian Rupees (INR) as one-time fees unless explicitly stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely via PCI-compliant payment gateways.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate branding materials, logo assets, text copy, and credential access necessary for live platform deployment in a timely manner.
5. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership
[Ownership Term]: Upon full project delivery, 100% ownership of final custom source code, assets, and design rights transfer completely to the client. OneWebOnline imposes zero vendor lock-in.
6. Limitation of Liability
OneWebOnline shall not be liable for third-party hosting outages, domain registrar downtime, or unauthorized client modifications made post-handover. Total studio liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific order.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
